How Keith Helps Clients
Keith concentrates his practice on complex business and commercial litigation. Keith represents all types of clients in actions involving business torts, fraud, lender liability, breach of contract and partnership/joint venture disputes. He also litigates cases involving fiduciary and professional duties and real estate and construction litigation. He litigates cases in the Surrogate’s Court as well.
Keith previously worked at two litigation boutiques in New York City.

Keith’s clients can expect both responsiveness and attentiveness. He prides himself in being able to articulate and simplify his clients’ complex legal issues into easily comprehendible and actionable counsel/advice.
Outside the Office
Outside of the office, Keith enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with his family. He also plays softball competitively and chess poorly.
