Jesse Kirschenbaum focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and general commercial matters, including drafting contracts, advising on licensing, and representing companies in financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the Security Alarm Group, representing national, regional and local alarm companies and investors.
Prior to joining the firm, Jesse worked as an associate at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum, handling a diverse array of matters for clients in the fire alarm, security and fire suppression industries. Jesse has published a number of articles in Security and Integration, a leading magazine in the security industry, and has worked with and lectured to state associations regarding how to protect themselves through carefully drafted contracts.
Jesse is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, class of 2013. He received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College, where he was the captain of the men’s tennis team.
