How Jason Helps Clients 

Jason’s mission is to make his clients whole, stop further losses, and limit his clients’ exposure in complex commercial disputes.

Specifically, Jason focuses his practice on litigating contractual disputes, fiduciary claims, fraud, professional malpractice, and other economic torts on behalf of businesses and individual creditors and investors in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Whenever possible, he also devises litigation avoidance strategies managing risk for his clients. In that vein, Jason also counsels companies on best processes for ensuring business and operational continuity, minimizing the loss of revenue and interrupted growth.

With a background in business, Jason approaches each case with that perspective as he develops a plan of what makes the most sense for the client and their company. He listens to his clients and gives consideration to all the problems at hand and creates customized and effective solutions to achieve their end goal. Outside the Office

Jason is an aviation enthusiast who has taken his passion to the next level as he continues working toward obtaining his private pilot’s license. In addition, he is a medieval European history buff and an avid fan of the Miami Hurricanes, the Miami Dolphins, and the Pittsburgh Steelers – paying homage to his family’s roots.
