Grace Gower is an experienced California civil litigator, successfully handling cases from pre-lawsuit to trial. For years, she has represented clients in diverse areas of law, now focusing on healthcare litigation. She represents both healthcare and corporate clients in the defense of general and commercial litigation matters throughout California.

 Grace represents long-term care providers, assisted living facilities, physicians, nurses and administrators in professional liability litigation and defends against corporate negligence claims.

Prior to joining Buchanan, Grace Gower also dedicated her practice to 100 percent litigation for over 10 years, primarily involving complex matters, including business disputes, real estate and construction matters. She has represented business owners, property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and real estate brokerages and agents.

Grace Gower also so has experience in defending tort actions such high-value personal injury actions, wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability. She has experience in negotiating complex settlements and structured settlements in high value personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Outside the Office

Grace received her law degree on scholarship from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the California Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys staying active in the legal community in Southern California.
