On May 12, 2009, James S. Cohen — a shareholder in the Food and Drug Practice at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Washington, D.C., office — will participate in "Managing the FDA Relationship and Process." The conference will take place from 7:15 to 10 a.m. at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Cohen, a former U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) official, will serve as one of four expert panelists who will provide firsthand insight into what bioscience companies can do to increase their regulatory success, including perspectives on developing a mindset for managing the regulatory process and building relationships with the FDA.
The event is presented by Pennsylvania Bio — an organization dedicated to ensuring that Pennsylvania is a global leader in the biosciences by developing a cohesive community that unites the region's biotechnology, pharmaceutical, research and financial strengths.
