Eric is a senior attorney in the firm’s healthcare litigation group. He defends long-term care facilities, home health care providers, mental health providers, and other associated medical professionals in civil litigation in both state and federal court.

• Prepared and defended depositions of hundreds of health care professionals, including front-line staff, medical directors, administrators, regional support staff, and corporate designees
• Represented providers in a variety of high-exposure matters, providing a thorough analysis of potential exposure for the client, implementing and advancing a long-term defense strategy through written discovery, witness preparation, developing and maintain relationships with expert witnesses, strategic motions practice and counseling on opportunities for resolution
• Obtained summary judgment for fourteen client affiliate entities named in lawsuit against skilled nursing facility by demonstrating Plaintiff’s failure to establish corporate negligence claims against these entities
• Successfully moved to transfer multiple matters to binding arbitration and successfully defended clients in those arbitration proceedings

Outside the Office

Eric lives in Havertown, PA with his wife and their two daughters.  When he is not in the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and catching the occasional Phillies game.  Eric also enjoys staying politically engaged and volunteers his time with the Haverford Township and Delaware County Democratic Committees.
