How Eric Helps Clients

Eric is an associate in the firm’s healthcare litigation group. He defends long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities and associated medical professionals in civil litigation. 

Prior to joining Buchanan, Eric defended clients in a wide range of civil lawsuits including catastrophic construction accidents, premises liability, automobile accidents, construction defect and general liability matters. During law school at the University of Pennsylvania, Eric received Honors for his legal writing and was a quarterfinalist in the school’s Keedy Cup moot court competition. At Temple University, Eric was president of the undergraduate mock trial team.

Eric diligently explores the available facts and researches the relevant law in every case, in order to formulate creative solutions to a client’s problem. Eric effectively advances his client’s position by translating his diligent background work into clear and concise legal writing.  

Outside the Office

Eric lives in Havertown, PA with his wife, Lora, and their 160-pound St. Bernard, Fred. Eric is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan and a proud Temple University alumnus. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time exploring Philadelphia with friends.
