Environmental Co-chair Brian J. Clark Pens Chapter in Pennsylvania Bar Institute Book on Oil & Gas Law

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) recently published their latest book, “The Law of Oil & Gas in Pennsylvania.” The book covers three sections relating to oil and gas law, including the industry’s historical and technical background; ownership, transfer and title matters; and regulatory issues.

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Environmental Co-chair Brian J. Clark authored the book’s 14th chapter titled, “Compact Commissions and Their Impact on Oil and Gas Permitting.”
