How Dina Helps Clients
Dina focuses her practice on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters in the healthcare industry.
During law school, Dina served as a law clerk at the University of Pennsylvania, Office of the General Counsel, where she drafted contracts related to physician leasing agreements and other corporate affiliations, provided guidance on current and pending health care regulations and statutes, and developed compliance policies. She also served as a law clerk for the City of Philadelphia in the HIPAA Unit, during which time she analyzed legal issues related to HIPAA and other data privacy laws in order to provide regulatory and compliance guidance to the City’s health and social services departments.

Dina’s in-depth exposure with various legislation, in-house experience at large health systems, and attention to detail give her the ability to handle diverse client matters.
Outside the Office
Dina enjoys spending time with friends and family and checking out various standup comedy venues around the city. As a previous college athlete, Dina is an avid volleyball fan and continues to play in competitive volleyball leagues.
