How David Helps Clients
David concentrates his practice on the defense of healthcare providers involved in litigation. He has represented professionals from all disciplines of medicine and nursing, as well as private and public entities in the defense of professional liability and other claims. He draws upon his litigation experience to tailor his advocacy to the needs of his clients and the nature of their cases.
Prior to joining Buchanan, David practiced at a small, boutique firm entirely dedicated to the litigation defense of healthcare providers. David was responsible for developing and implementing defense themes and theories for individuals and entities involved in professional liability and related litigation. He has provided personalized representation and advocacy for his clients in order to secure favorable outcomes.
In law school, David clerked at the same firm, providing substantive legal support to the attorneys dedicating their practice to healthcare litigation. He has seen numerous cases progress from inception to resolution and draws upon that wealth of experience in his day to day practice.
