He uses a variety of techniques in order to effectively transfer wealth from one generation to the next in a tax efficient manner. He also works with owners and members of closely-held businesses, developing plans and strategies for effectively transitioning their businesses.
Dan works closely with fiduciaries of estates during the estate administration process. He advises executors and trustees on all aspects of estate administration. In addition, Dan works with clients in developing charitable entities and drafting charitable vehicles to transfer wealth to charitable organizations. He has experience working with both private foundations and public charities.
Every client’s situation is unique and it is a lawyer’s job to account for all their circumstances when drafting and implementing a successful estate plan.
