Today's real estate financing demands a full understanding of the lending process — before, at and after the closing. This program will alert attendees to the key issues in applying for and evaluating a real estate loan, closing the transaction and living with the loan after closing.

Clark will speak on identifying and managing environmental risk. Masters will speak on real estate loan structure and documentation and construction lending.
