Buchanan Welcomes Back Senior Attorney Bradley Walker to Corporate Finance & Technology Section in Harrisburg

Harrisburg, PA, December 16, 2009 — Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC is pleased to welcome Bradley A. Walker to its Harrisburg office as a senior attorney in the Corporate Finance & Technology Section. Walker, who was previously with the firm as an associate, focuses his practice on general corporate and real estate transactional work.

Previously, Walker was owner and licensed title agent at Walker & Associates PC, where he represented several large retail land developers in sophisticated acquisitions, sales, and financings, including complex conduit financing and defeasance of conduit financing.

Walker is experienced in all areas of corporate and real estate transactional work, including negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, purchase agreements, agreements of sale and various ancillary agreements for real estate developers; drafting employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and joint venture agreements; and conducting commercial and residential real estate closings and financings.
