Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Peter J. Ennis Honored with Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s ACLEA Award

Pittsburgh – November 14, 2014 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney shareholder Peter J. Ennis received the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) Association for Continuing Legal Education Award (ACLEA) for his work on the Employment Law Desk at the Employment Law Institute WEST program.

Ennis focuses his practice on representing employers before state and federal courts and agencies involving claims such as race, sex, age, discrimination and various types of injunction proceedings. He handles many labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges and helps to counsel employers on diverse personnel-related issues including compliance with discrimination laws, hiring, evaluating and discharging employees, and drug and alcohol testing.
