Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Real Estate Shareholder Lafe Metz Leads Robert Morris University’s New Dorm Development, Notes Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Plans are moving forward for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney client Robert Morris University’s new dormitory development, which Real Estate Shareholder Lafe Metz is handling for the university.

As noted by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, RMU purchased the 256-room Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport and its 17-acre property last fall, and has since asked Moon Township to consider amending its zoning ordinance to accommodate student housing.
