How Brennen Helps Clients

Brennen understands clients’ needs for both meaningful patent protection and a clear path to market new inventions. With a background in both chemistry and biotechnology, Brennen is adept at drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a wide array of technical areas, including small molecule chemistry, agricultural chemistry, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food additives, and synthesis of nucleic acid and polypeptide molecules.

Understanding the risks of bringing new products to markets, Brennen assists clients in ensuring freedom-to-operate through exhaustive patent searches and detailed legal opinions regarding infringement and validity of existing patents.

He works collaboratively with inventors to fully understand all aspects of clients’ inventions and to provide accurate and thorough analysis.
