On September 10, Robert A. Johnson participated in a webinar held by the National Business Institute (NBI). The webinar titled, "Tax Exempt Organizations – A Checklist Guide," provided attendees with comprehensive orientation to the legal and tax aspects of exempt organizations.

Johnson presented "Duties of Directors and Officers," where he covered fiduciary duties and indemnification, private inurement/private benefit, excess benefit transactions and the "Intermediate Sanctions," along with multiple case studies.
