How Benjamin Helps Clients
Benjamin Mann represents employers in all areas of employment law, but concentrates his practice on enforcement and defense of restrictive covenant agreements, protecting employers’ trade secrets and sensitive business information, and employee recruitment matters. He has served the needs of employers spanning a wide range of industries, including clients in the financial, healthcare, commercial transportation, retail and restaurant industries.
Benjamin also has significant experience defending employers against workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA and related state and local statutes. He has also advised clients, through training and internal policy development, on how to prevent employee disputes from arising. Benjamin has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2016.
