Associate David Plantz Nominated to the Board of the American Lung Association in California

San Diego – July 18, 2014 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to announce that Associate David Plantz was nominated to serve a two-year term on the Board of the San Diego chapter of the American Lung Association in California. Plantz will be tasked with planning and executing fundraising, program and advocacy activities in the San Diego market, as well as with providing input to the state board of directors.

Plantz focuses his practice on a variety of matters relating to financial services, bankruptcy and insolvency and real estate out of the firm’s San Diego office. His practice includes the representation of major banks and other capital providers with respect to the negotiation and documentation of syndicated and bi-lateral financing, development and acquisition transactions.

He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University.
