Bill Flynn, a shareholder in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, focuses exclusively on immigration legal matters. He represents foreign nationals and U.S. corporations that employ foreign nationals before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Immigration and Nationality Law.

Bill’s long experience and deep understanding of immigration laws and policies, as well as the governmental agencies involved, enable him to assist both U.S. clients and clients from other countries with even the most complex immigration issues.

He is and has been a member, officer or director of numerous civic and trade organizations, including the Tampa Bay International Trade Council, of which he is a former chairman. He has lectured extensively on immigration law topics, and has published a number of articles on immigration law in professional journals, newspapers and textbooks. Bill served as an adjunct professor of Immigration Law at Stetson University College of Law for 18 years, and he has been a familiar presence on Florida radio and television, addressing immigration issues.
