William R. Di Pietro concentrates his litigation practice on defending long-term care, assisted living, continuing care and other senior care facilities in actions for professional malpractice. He provides his client risk-management advice and counseling for all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation matters, including resolution through trial, arbitration and mediation.
Will has presented to industry audiences on issues relating to health care, including litigation trends and risk management. Prior to joining Buchanan, Will worked as a negligence and commercial litigation attorney in the Princeton, N.J. office of a large national law firm. While in law school, Will served as a law clerk in the Rhode Island Superior Court, received the Italian-American Academic Achievement Award and served on the Student Board of Governors.
