In addition to a firmwide fundraising effort that provides a significant donation to United Way, a large group of Buchanan employees spend one hour per week as mentors in the United Way’s “Be a Middle School Mentor” program.
The program encourages at-risk youth develop career aspirations and propel them toward academic proficiency.
