How Teleicia Helps Clients
Teleicia’s labor and employment law practice encompasses various aspects of litigation and proactive counseling. Her practice ranges from counseling employer on hiring and termination decisions, including reduction-in-force decisions, and compliance with federal and state employment laws, to drafting employee handbooks and policies. She has extensive experience representing management in employment litigation matters, including discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination and promotion, and harassment and hostile work environment claims and cases. Teleicia also represents employers in single-plaintiff discrimination cases at both the administrative level and in federal and state court.
Teleicia regularly advises her clients on best practices in both traditional and non-traditional labor relations, providing counsel to both union and non-union employers. Teleicia’s practice includes representing employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and providing guidance on compliance with National Labor Relations Act. She helps companies negotiate collective bargaining agreements, handle employee grievances and labor arbitrations, and develop strategies for responding to union campaigns and elections.
