    • Represented a national discount clothing chain in drafting a point of sale technology license agreement.
    • Represented a pioneer in developing and marketing wearable body monitors for consumers in the negotiation of strategic alliance agreements, cooperative agreements and research agreements for disease management, club-based fitness and wellness product development and distribution with top health care, fitness and consumer products companies and also advised on the response to and resolution of urgent social media, infringement, recall, regulatory and indemnity issues.
    • Represented a furniture manufacturer with the development of an extranet for distributors to manage orders, including development of electronic contracting rules.

    • Represented a predictive analytics company in drafting and negotiating marketing and partner agreements with a Fortune 20 energy company.
    • Represented a global supplier of energy conversion solutions in multiple software license, development and maintenance agreements in connection with company-wide global singular process implementation.
    • Represented a mid-Atlantic independent oil and gas company in the acquisition of an integrated multi-tiered enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution.
    • Represented a supplier of software and equipment solutions in negotiating an equipment supply agreement with a Fortune 15 corporation.
    • Represented a mid-Atlantic energy company with a Marcellus/Utica focus in leasing, diligence; midstream and E&P transactions, including master service agreements, service level agreements and joint use agreements.
    • Represented a mid-Atlantic independent oil and gas company in negotiating vendor agreements, software and services agreement, escrow agreements and in drafting and revisions to various forms, including electricity and gas terms and conditions, terminal access, carrier and consulting services agreements.

    • Represented a video game development company in negotiating a development agreement and royalty structure with one of the top three video game console manufacturers for a new video game.
    • Represented a major media holding company with daily newspapers, cable television operations, and broadcast television stations in its digital media, IP, entertainment and IT matters.
    • Represented one of the nation's first music webcasters in connection with licensing, content and royalty agreements with the copyright royalty board and third party content providers.

    • Represented a diversified financial and asset management services provider in the development of an open source software policy for in-house developers.
    • Represented a national financial services corporation in connection with the negotiation of three separate leases for secure data center facilities.
    • Represented a national financial services corporation in its acquisition and implementation of eCommerce systems for treasury management.

    • Represented a national provider of technology-enabled payment solutions for health plans in negotiating a multi-year multi-million dollar private cloud (data and applications as a service) agreement with a global information technology and cloud service provider this included terms of service, implementation, statements of work, and service level terms.
    • Represented a diversified health care services company in negotiating a revenue cycle management software and services agreement for a national portfolio of acute-care hospitals.
    • Represented a not-for-profit integrated health care system in negotiating a Software as a Service (SaaS) license with a provider of health care software tools and services for the implementation of an inpatient and outpatient computer assisted coding and clinical documentation solution.
    • Represented a major university affiliated health system in the negotiation and capital acquisition of a system-wide, multimillion dollar lease agreement for a picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and radiology information system (RIS).

    • Represented a pharmaceutical company in drafting and negotiating manufacture and supply agreements for certain pharmaceutical products and distribution agreements for the commercialization of such products with a global pharmaceutical company.
    • Represented a supply chain serialization provider in drafting and negotiating a software, support and supply agreement with a global pharmaceutical and pharmacy service provider.
    • Represented a bioinformatics company in connection with in-licensing and out-licensing of software technologies.

    • Represented an international aluminum extruder in a multi-million dollar supply agreement for the supply of components for the manufacturer of transportation systems.
    • Represented a publicly traded client in the negotiation of a long term agreement to become a major direct supplier of milled titanium products to a Fortune 50 corporation.
    • Represented international suppliers of products and services in the aerospace and automotive industries in negotiation of long term supply agreements, including a vendor managed inventory program, to supply products in the United States and Europe.

    • Represented two NFL franchises in connection with e-commerce, intellectual property, electronic media and entertainment law matters including stage concerts, online presence and fan interactions.
    • Represented a major provider of replay software in drafting and negotiating licenses with college and professional sports teams and collegiate conferences, including the NFL, Canadian Football League, NCAA, PAC 12, Big Ten, Big East and SEC (Southeast Conference), among others, for the provision of digital video editing software networks and instant replay technology.
    • Represented the preeminent professional motor sports league in digital media and mobile application matters to enhance the fan experience.
    • Represented a global TV sports network in establishing an on-line portal and social network site to stream non-revenue sports (i.e. Olympic sports).
