Energy Shareholder Brian J. Clark penned a chapter of The Law of Oil and Gas in Pennsylvania - a book that recently received the 2015 Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) Award for Outstanding Publication.

Clark's chapter addresses the impact of the River Basin Commissions, namely the Susquehanna River Basin Commission and the Delaware River Basin Commission on the development of natural gas development in Pennsylvania.

The ACLEA is committed to improving the performance of CLE professionals. It was established in 1964 and most of the members are from the United States and Canada, with some members hailing from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Mexico.

ACLEA's Best Award Committee and the Publications Subcommittee selected The Law of Oil and Gas in Pennsylvania as the top publication from "small organizations" for the Award of Outstanding Achievement.
