  • Represented a large non-profit charitable trust in its acquisition and financing of several office properties, including a $60,000,000 recapitalization with a $145,000,000 loan assumption for 2 office buildings located in Washington, DC, and a $66,000,000 loan secured by an office building located in Washington, DC.
  • Represented a prominent ""big box"" retailer in connection with properties in the Mid-Atlantic region, including a lease assignment for a project in excess of 100,000 square feet located in New York City, and the acquisition and development of 15 acres for a new store located in Pennsylvania.
  • Represented a real estate investment fund in the acquisition and financing of office and industrial properties located in Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, California, Florida and Georgia, totaling more than $381,000,000, including the acquisition of a portfolio of 14 industrial properties located in Chicago, Illinois, and the acquisition of 5 office buildings in Virginia and Maryland.
  • Represented a full-service real estate company in connection with real property acquisitions and financings in Washington, DC, including acquisition of an assemblage of properties located ncar the Nationals Baseball Stadium, and a $1 02,850,000 loan secured by an office building located in Washington, DC.
  • Represented a real estate finance and investment company in the acquisition of 2 mezzanine loans totaling $61,767,500 for 2 hotels located in New York City.
  • Represented a multi-family housing developer in the acquisition and development of various projects in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
  • Oversaw the foreclosure process for loans in over 25 states to ensure compliance with internal procedures and all requirements set forth in the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
