Jill Rogers Spiker
AssociateJill Rogers Spiker's practice includes complex business disputes in both state and federal court. She has represented clients in matters involving antitrust class action litigation, First Amendment issues, statutory claims, contract disputes, and a variety of business torts.

During law school, Jill was also a legal intern for the Child Advocacy Clinic, where she advocated for children in the foster care system. She also interned for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund in Chicago, the Children's Law Center of Massachusetts, and Legal Outreach, Inc. in New York City. She was an English teacher in Chicago before she began law school.
- Acting as second chair in a breach of contract case tried in Philadelphia in which our client won a $2.1 million verdict.
- Contributing to a jury trial victory in federal court in Brooklyn, New York in which our client defeated a $62 million counterclaim and won over $700,000 in breach of contract damages.
- Defending a multinational chemical manufacturing company against direct and indirect purchaser and opt-out class action antitrust lawsuits.
- Contributing to successful Rule 23(f) appeal resulting in the decertification of a class.
- Investigating factual allegations and interviewing potential witnesses in the United States and Europe.
- Securing a favorable settlement for our client in a collections matter in federal court.
- Acting as second chair in a bench trial before the Court of International Trade where the court ruled for our client.
- Obtaining a stipulated judgment providing the result that our client would have sought at trial.
