Buchanan's own Charles L. Potter, Jr. (Esq., CPA) — a shareholder in the firm's Tax Section and Marcellus Shale/Oil and Gas Practice Group — will deliver the program. Potter is co-author of the "Guidebook to Pennsylvania Taxes," published annually by CCH Incorporated.

The program will take place in the Moses Hampton Room of Buchanan's Pittsburgh office, located at One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant St., Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will take place from noon to 1 p.m.
