Matthew H. Meade, a shareholder in the Litigation Section and co-chair of the Data Security and Privacy Group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Pittsburgh office, was quoted in the Pittsburgh Technology Council's TEQ Magazine, "CIO of the Year 2010" issue.

As noted in the article, titled "CIO of the Year: Get to Know the Best of the Best," "Co-hosted by the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group and the Pittsburgh Technology Council now for the sixth year, the CIO of the Year program honors individual technology executives from industry, non-profit, academia and government. Nominees, including chief information officers or those in equivalent positions, are recognized for their innovation and creativity in planning and deploying their enterprise systems, future technology goals, management philosophy and service to the industry and community."

Meade was quoted on CIO of the Year winner in the Enterprise Category for companies with less than 1,000 employees James Shaw, vice president of MSA Global Information Technology and CIO, Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA).

"Jim Shaw is an outstanding and innovative candidate with an amazing sense of commitment to the corporate culture of MSA. He is an inspirational figure who leads by example," Meade was quoted as saying.
