On Monday, April 25th, Peter Ennis helped to plan and present a PBI Program entitled, "Avoiding Legal Landmines When Screening Job Applicants". Topics that Ennis spoke on were "Job Applications, Interviews and Reference Checks," and "Affirmative Action Update". Guests learned to understand the legal processes related to criminal and financial background checks and what employers can and can't do to screen applicants on social media.
