Daniel L. Williams focuses his practice in real estate and financial services, including real estate transactions and financing, commercial lending and syndicated loan transactions. He assists a variety of clients from real estate developers and alternative energy companies to sophisticated banking and lending institutions.
He was honored by his peers and selected to be on the 2013 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, which represents only the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in Pennsylvania.

Dan's experience includes:

  • Representation in a variety of real estate matters, including construction and permanent loan financing, sales and leases of property, tax appeals and land use issues.
  • Documentation of secured term loan and revolving credit facilities for multiple lenders.
  • Assisting lenders with collateral documentation review and restructuring in connection with loan workout and forbearance agreements.
  • Conducted mineral title diligence for natural gas developer in $1.7 billion joint venture.
Before receiving his law degree, Dan was a summer associate with Buchanan's Pittsburgh office. While in law school, Dan completed two judicial internships — one with the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and another with the Honorable D. Michael Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
