Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Employment Law Handbook that Buchanan Attorneys Edit, Author Wins the ACLEA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Publications

Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA – June 24, 2013 – The Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Employment Law Handbook for which shareholder Peter J. Ennis served as editor-in-chief and attorneys David L. Hackett, Robert S. Hawkins, and Erin J. McLaughlin authored chapters, has won the ACLEA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Publications. The Buchanan attorneys provided extensive content in the book’s third chapter, which covers sources of statutory employment claims.
