S. Manoj Jegasothy, a shareholder in the Litigation Section of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Pittsburgh office, was noted in the June 26, 2009, edition of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, as well as a number of other news outlets, for his recent appointment to the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment by Mayor Luke Ravenstahl. The appointment was confirmed on July 14, 2009, by the City Council. The ZBA is instrumental in the shaping of the city as it hears and considers appeals and variances to the City Zoning Ordinance.
