Paul J. Waters is the author of an opinion article published in the August 2007 issue of The Synergist, a monthly magazine covering occupational and environmental health and safety issues. Waters is a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Tampa office. He represents employers nationwide in enforcement and rulemaking proceedings before the federal Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and state occupational safety and health agencies. He has also represented clients in civil litigation ranging from environmental contamination to product liability claims.
