Stuart P. Slotnick, managing shareholder of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's New York office and vice chair of the firm's Business Litigation and Trial Practice group, served as a guest on the August 19, 2010, program "Into the Night with Tony Bruno" — a nationally syndicated Fox Sports Radio show. Additionally, he was quoted in an August 30, 2010, USA TODAY article. On both the radio appearance and in the USA TODAY article, Slotnick discussed Roger Clemens' perjury indictment.

As described on the radio show's website  www.tonybrunoshow.com, "It was Throwback Thursday as we jump into all the latest sports headlines as Roger Clemens is being charged and we are joined by celebrity attorney Stuart Slotnick."

Among the things Slotnick addressed was the fact that he was not surprised by Clemens' perjury indictment. He also discussed the evidence the prosecutor has against Clemens', including a statement made by his former trainer.
