Min focuses her practice on employment-based immigration law and represents and advises clients from a variety of industries including information technology, higher education, banking, manufacturing, healthcare and nonprofits. She represents international companies on their immigration issues during acquisitions, mergers, global relocations and downsizings. Min provides strategic advice related to global immigration policies and best practices. She assists companies in developing “best practices” programs in I-9 Compliance and Verification, and has extensive experience in worksite enforcement. Min has significant experience in handling government investigations including on-site audits, depositions and appellate litigation.

As a former legislative assistant to a national government relations firm, Min actively engages government agencies and representatives on legislative and regulatory issues.

Through a personalized approach, I am able to partner with my clients to develop sophisticated strategies to address the corporate and employee goals and objectives while mitigating potential delay, expense and liability associated with immigration process.
