Michael E. Fink focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance issues, as well as federal and state securities law compliance.
While attending law school, Michael was a law clerk for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. Most notably, he ensured compliance with complex hospital licensure requirements in thirteen states as part of a nation-wide health care provider acquisition. As a registered patent agent, Michael also worked with the firm's intellectual property practice by prosecuting patent applications and drafting briefs and pleadings.
Michael received numerous prizes and awards upon his graduation from law school including the David Stahl Memorial Award for earning the highest cumulative GPA in his graduating class. While pursuing his studies, Michael served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Frederic J. Ammerman and the Honorable Paul E. Cherry, both of the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County.
Prior to attending law school, Michael supervised the physics and earth science laboratories at Penn State Altoona.
