Mackenzie A. Baird focuses her litigation practice on complex civil litigation, including commercial disputes and antitrust matters.
She represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets and other business tort claims. Mackenzie has also defended clients in actions alleging violations of the False Claims Act and health care fraud and abuse statutes. She has experience in the defense of class actions, including multidistrict litigation.
Mackenzie is a member of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice group. She has defended clients in cases under the federal and state antitrust laws and regularly counsels clients in antitrust compliance.
While pursuing her law degree, Mackenzie interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, White-Collar Crimes Division, and the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office.
