Jennifer Olmedo-Rodriguez recently penned an article published in the Daily Business Review titled, “Title Search Can Save Headaches in Foreclosure Cases.” In the article, Olmedo-Rodriguez informs readers that they should order a title search report before purchasing any interest in real property to prevent legal headaches in the future.

She writes, “The $500 spent on a title search report may be the best ounce of prevention when compared with the tens of thousands of dollars it costs to finance a litigation or appeal.”
