Pittsburgh / Philadelphia – February 13, 2015 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to announce that Shareholder Brian S. Novosel has been named 2015 BTI Client Service All-Stars, an honor based on independent interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations.

Explicitly identified by corporate counsel, the BTI Client Service All-Stars are driven by client focus, exceptional understanding of the client's business, outstanding results, outsized value and legal skills. By conducting in-depth interviews with nearly 320 legal leaders at organizations with more than $1 billion in revenue, BTI aims to determine which attorneys are truly influencing and changing the legal industry. Given the needs of these large organizations, many often require attorneys that can handle complex, important matters. While more than 650 firms and thousands of lawyers across the U.S. serve the types of companies that were surveyed, only 64 firms and 354 individual attorneys made BTI’s extremely exclusive list.

The only way to become a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to single out an attorney for client service exceeding all others. No attorney can lobby to be added to the list, there is no self-submission process and law firms cannot provide names of clients to be contacted.

Novosel, shareholder in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, handles a range of corporate and business transactions in his practice, including public offerings, private placements of debt and equity-based securities (both public and private), corporate governance issues, SEC compliance issues and venture capital financings. He often works closely with public company issuers on securities law compliance, general corporate guidance and governance issues.
