DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening for a Patent Agent with 2-4 years of experience. Qualified candidates must have substantial experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications for software-related inventions, excellent writing skills.  A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics is preferred. Candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO. The position has no geographic restrictions such that a remote working arrangement is available. DESCRIPTION:

We have an immediate opening for a patent associate with a degree in the pharmaceutical or chemical arts. Ph.D. and/or patent agent experience strongly preferred. Candidates should have litigation experience, with ANDA proceedings preferred. Patent drafting and prosecution experience, preferably with respect to pharmaceuticals, is preferred. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, researching and drafting litigation documents, post-grant review documents and opinion letters, as well as patent portfolio analysis, with occasional prosecution.

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Trademark Associate with 3-6 years of trademark experience.  We need someone with experience in trademark clearance, guidance, prosecution, litigation, inter partes proceedings or oppositions and cancellations. Licensing and due diligence experience a plus.
