Judy L. Scarfone has assisted in the representation of borrowers, banks, purchasers and developers in real estate matters, including zoning and land use, real estate development, financing and closing. She has assisted in the drafting of purchase, development and easement agreements, deeds, mortgages, notes, assignments, installment sales contracts, settlement statements and rights of way.
Judy's background is in real estate, public finance and environmental matters.
She has varied experience in working with developers of commercial sites, including working with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation on Occupancy Permit issues, right of way matters, drafting of easements and deeds and review and drafting of utility rights of way.
Judy is a registered national paralegal, and is a former chairperson of the National Affairs committee of the Pittsburgh Paralegal Association. She was voted by her peers to be a member of her previous firm's mentoring program for legal assistants.
She attended Robert Morris College.
