Jinelle focuses her practice on transactions, representing underwriters and borrowers in financial restructurings, capital markets and commercial lending. Her experience includes advising on the acquisition and sales of various companies, and assisting with transactions for more than $100 million in financings for transportation, educational and healthcare real estate facilities.

Jinelle has worked on transactions involving the City of New York, the New York City Transitional Finance Authority, the Nassau County Interim Finance Authority and Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.

Previously, Jinelle served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Municipal Finance Division and Economic Development Division of the New York City Law Department. There, she represented the City of New York and various related financing entities in over 60 debt offerings totaling more than $15 billion in tax-exempt, taxable, fixed and variable rate bond transactions including new money insurances, refunding, private placements, commercial paper issuances, interest rate mode conversions and credit/liquidity facilities.

Outside the Office

Jinelle loves to travel and enjoys Jamaican cooking. Also, she is an active member of the Girard College Alumni Association.
