Jarred Duke is a member of the Litigation Section in the firm’s Fort Myers office. He has experience representing business entities, large and small, in connection with landlord/tenant disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, real property litigation, labor and employment matters and business torts.
Prior to joining the firm, Jarred worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Fort Myers office. While a summer associate, Jarred gained experience with contract and business disputes, banking and creditors’ rights matters and real property litigation.
Jarred received his law degree from New York University School of Law. During law school, he served as a legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. In this capacity, he conducted legal research and assisted with depositions and trial preparations. Jarred is a native of Lee County and a proud alumnus Florida Gulf Coast University and Evangelical Christian School.
