Jared Pickell is an associate in the Labor and Employment Section of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining the firm, Jared was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm where he practiced labor and employment and public entity & civil rights. In the course of his practice, Jared has litigated on behalf of both employers and employees in a variety of employment matters, including age, disability, gender, national origin, race and sexual orientation discrimination, sexual harassment and hostile work environment, wrongful discharge, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, NJLAD, CEPA, and workplace torts. He is also experienced in counseling employers about workplace issues, including employee benefits, employment handbooks, hour regulations and medical and religious accommodations.
In 2017, Jared was selected for inclusion in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers - Rising Stars list.
While at Seton Hall University, Jared served as the senior editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
