On November 20, Health Care Shareholder Ivan J. Punchatz and Counsel Brian Rath presented “Legal and Regulatory Potpourri” at the annual conference of the New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
Punchatz discussed the provisions of the Office of Inspector General Workplan and the Improving Post-Acute Transformation (IMPACT) Act affecting hospices, as well as how to respond to government investigations.
