Indemnification in Clinical Trial Agreements

FX Conferences will host an audio conference titled, “Indemnification in Clinical Trial Agreements – Are You Covered?” featuring Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Michael S. Powers as the presenter. The audio conference will air Tuesday, October 7 at 11:30am and Friday, October 10 at 10:00am.

During his presentation, Powers will discuss how to evaluate an indemnification clause from an indemnitor versus an indemnitee perspective, techniques to minimize risk and maximize your indemnification coverage, the interplay of the indemnification clause with other contractual clauses of the CTA (definitions, governing law, limitation of liability, survival, etc.) and how to conduct a risk analysis to determine whether and to what extent indemnification is required in your CTA.
