When it comes to trials, research shows that jury attitudes and deliberations are formulated by the old adage, “half know and half show,” reports Law360. In their recent article, Law360 highlights the five best practices for presenting the right optics during a trial to win over the jury.

"The human mind is such that it is desperate for information," Howard D. Scher told the publication. "The jurors see everything, because they have a blank slate and because they're trying to suck in as much information as they can."

One tip the article suggests is to strategically comprise your defense team, stressing to draft a balance of diversity, but ensure that each member has a valuable use in the trial.
