  • Represented Jefferson University Physicians in implementing the TouchWorks™ Electronic Health Record to connect and provide clinical automation for 480 physicians and 700 residents, located in 75 practice locations.
  • Represented Catholic Health East in the negotiation of an information technology transition services agreement related to the sale of Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
  • Represented a leading provider of Medical Billing Software, EHR Solutions, ACO Development and Revenue Cycle Management Products in the negotiation of a multi-million dollar comprehensive revenue cycle management agreement with one of the largest investor-owned health care delivery systems in the nation.
  • Represented a suburban Philadelphia-based healthcare provider a full range of medical, surgical, obstetric, pediatric, psychiatric and emergency services in the negotiation of a multi-million dollar healthcare applications and services agreement with a global healthcare solutions provider and in the negotiation of a multi-million dollar facility, inpatient and outpatient computer-assisted coding and clinical documentation solution software license and services agreement with the healthcare solutions division of a multi-national conglomerate.
  • Represented Excela Health and Heritage Valley Health System in the formation of a software development joint venture that created proprietary solutions for the health care industry.
  • Represented a major university affiliated health system in the negotiation of a system-wide, multimillion dollar lease agreement for cutting-edge technology system providing digital imaging of patients' radiology tests.
  • Represented a wearable body monitoring technology solution provider in the negotiation of strategic alliance agreements, cooperative agreements and research agreements for disease management, club-based fitness, and wellness product development and distribution with top health care, fitness and consumer products companies.
  • Represented a larger regional not-for-profit healthcare insurer and solutions provider in its negotiation of a master license and services agreement with the nation’s largest real-time healthcare communication network and its negotiation of a long term multi-million dollar transaction to handle core processing functions for an independent Blue Cross organization.
  • Represented a pharmaceutical company in drafting and negotiating manufacture and supply agreements for certain pharmaceutical products and distribution agreements for the commercialization of such products.
