Health Care Shareholder Appointed to Law360 Editorial Advisory Board

Washlick has been selected to Law360’s Health Care Editorial Advisory Board for a second consecutive year. The purpose of the advisory board is to gain insight from professionals in the field on how best to shape future coverage of the Health Care industry.

Washlick focuses his practice on health care transactions and corporate compliance. He is resident in both the Firm’s Philadelphia and Princeton offices. He counsels clients, as both general counsel on routine matters for healthcare industry clients and outside counsel on specialized issues and projects for clients with in-house legal departments, concerning employment and medical staff relationships, clinical trials, professional service agreements and more.
